These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TAKVERSE Inventory app and the TAKVERSE web panel (the "Service") provided by TAKVERSE. By signing in you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
TAKVERSE is business software for inventory, point of sale (POS), shop and field-staff management, attendance, deliveries and accounts. Companies subscribe to TAKVERSE and give accounts to their staff. Features you see depend on your role and on the permissions your company gives you.
2. Accounts
- Your account is created by your company. Use only your own account and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Tell your company administrator or us at once if you think someone else used your account.
- You must be 18 or older and authorised by your company to use the Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- enter false sales, stock, attendance or location data, or use fake-GPS / location-spoofing apps;
- try to access another company's or another person's data, or bypass security or permissions;
- copy, reverse-engineer, resell or overload the Service, or use it for anything illegal;
- upload harmful, offensive or infringing content, or other people's personal data without a lawful reason.
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
4. Location tracking and work records
For field roles, live location, attendance selfies and work records are part of how your company runs its business, as explained in the Privacy Policy and the App Permissions page. Your employment rules (attendance, salary, etc.) are between you and your company; TAKVERSE only provides the tool.
5. Company responsibilities
Each company is responsible for the accounts it creates, the permissions it grants, the accuracy of its data, informing its staff and customers about data use, and following labour, tax and data-protection laws that apply to it.
6. Subscription and payments
Companies pay for TAKVERSE under their subscription plan. Staff users do not pay to use the app. Unpaid subscriptions may lead to a workspace being suspended.
7. Data ownership
Business data entered by a company belongs to that company. TAKVERSE uses it only to provide and secure the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. The TAKVERSE software, name and logo belong to TAKVERSE.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and accurate but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free (for example because of internet, device, GPS or third-party outages). We may improve, change or stop features, and will try to announce important changes in advance.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, TAKVERSE is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data loss caused by misuse, wrong data entry, device problems or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending use
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted at takverse.com/app/delete-account. Your company can deactivate your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Bangladesh, after first trying to solve them in good faith by contacting us.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest version; important changes are announced in the app.
